Beginners

Beginner course graduates

All sessions are led by qualified and friendly Run Leaders with support from enthusiastic club volunteers. The aim is to run the 5k Parkrun in Hove Park at the end of the course.

Return to Run

We all have times, forced or unforced, when we need to stop running. Whatever the cause, it is crucial that when you get back to running, you do it sensibly and build up gradually.Keep an eye out for our next Return to Run course.
