When do we meet?

Every Thursday. Runs start at 7.00pm so we suggest you arrive a bit earlier than this. If you are new, please introduce yourself to a club member (we’re a friendly bunch!) and they can point you in the direction of one of the committee members. If you'd like to try us out before joining, please email [email protected] to let us know you are coming and we can look out for you!

Where is the Hove Rugby Club?

At Hove Recreation Ground which is on the corner of Old Shoreham Road and Shirley Drive. Post code: BN3 6NQ.

Is my level of running good enough to be able to join the club?

In order to be able to complete the shorter run (3-4 miles) you should be able to run for about 20-30 minutes. To complete the longer run (5-6 miles) you should be able to run for about 45-50 minutes.

Run leaders stop occasionally to allow people to catch up and make sure no one is left behind. We also have back markers on the runs.
