BHWRC will take over Hove Prom parkrun for World Mental Health Day – and you’re invited!
Join us on 8th October at 9am for parkrun, where our club members will be taking part as pacers from tail walker to sub 30 minutes for World Mental Health Day.
Register for parkrun in advance (it’s free), take part in parkrun, and stay for breakfast after!
