BHWRC Important Covid-19 Update

In accordance with the latest government guidance, we have suspended group runs and coaching sessions for now.

Current restrictions allow you to meet up with one other person not from your household and you can travel a short distance to exercise. So we encourage members to continue their running, individually or by buddying up with one other person, and all members are welcome to use our Facebook group to help them find a running partner and arrange runs if they want to do so.

We're also continuing to publish our weekly schedule to all members, including Zoom strength and conditioning classes, training plans and a few fun challenges to keep everyone moving and smiling!
