Return to Run course – 2018

We all have times, forced or unforced, when we need to stop running. Whatever the cause, it is crucial that when you get back to running, you do it sensibly and build up gradually.

Following the previous successes of the R2R course, BHWRC are offering the course to 12 non-club members at a cost of £30.  If you or any female friends, family, neighbours, work or study colleagues want to get back to running after a break you can sign up by following this link to our group page on RunTogether:

Starting on Thursday 22nd February, 6:15pm -7pm, venue Hove Rugby Club, the course is a 6-week programme designed to boost your confidence in your “Return to Running”.  The plan is a walk/run programme designed to ease runners back into running after a break; the sessions have been planned and developed by our club coaches and will be led by our friendly and qualified Leaders in Running Fitness (LiRFs).

To take part, you MUST register with Run Together first. Then you can join our group runs and pay for the programme. You also need to click on all 6 sessions to complete your booking. If you have any problems signing up, please email our club secretary at
