New Years Resolutions… “New Year New Me”

Ladies, roll on 2016 the year of smashing those new years resolutions!

If yours new years resolution was to get a little fitter, run a 10k, a half marathon or even a marathon then Brighton & Hove Women’s Running Club is for you!

We have over 130 members from all walks of life; some of our ladies run a 5k social once a week and others participate in 50-100 mile events, our team is made up of women between the ages of 20 – 70… all are welcome!

So how can you achieve your new years resolutions…?

Brighton & Hove Women’s Running Club offers regular weekly runs consisting of shorter and longer runs to cater for all of our ladies. We also offer mid-week training sessions which are supported by qualified running and fitness coaches.

We meet every Thursday 1900 at Hove Rugby Club (Old Shoreham Road, Hove), to find out more about our next run session or upcoming social events then please click on the email icon on our home page.
